Change of dates gives SECC a Liberal Democrat event win

Exhibition and conference centre, ACC Liverpool, has been unable to accommodate a change of dates for the Liberal Democrat party’s 2014 annual conference and attached exhibition, which was moved in order to not clash with the Scottish Referendum.
