Exhibition Stand Designer/Project Manager
Aspect Exhibitions are a family owned and run exhibition contractor that design, manufacture and install high quality, innovative exhibition stands, custom built merchandising and displays units throughout the UK and Europe. Established over 20 years ago and located in Northampton, we have an opportunity for a talented individual to join our design team.
We are on the lookout for a talented, energetic and creative individual to work within our busy exhibition stand design department.
The ideal candidate will need to be able to design from a brief and turn ideas into 3D concepts for new and existing clients. The candidate will have a creative yet practical mind-set as the role will require varied skills from the production of dimensional drawings to liaising with manufacturers and installation teams to ensure the project requirements are met.
Day-to-day the role will consist of working in 3D StudioMax to design innovative exhibition stands and produce technical drawings using AutoCad. You will also be confident at creating exhibition graphics using software applications such as Adobe Creative Suite.
The applicant should be comfortable working as part of a team, as well as possess natural creative flair, have an eye for detail and be a good written and verbal communicator. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to grasp client need and consider creative solutions
- A full working Knowledge of working with 3D StudioMax
- Competent and experienced in the use of AutoCad software
- A strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc).
- Sketchup/ Sketchup Pro
